Our staff can provide advice on all kinds of personnel problems. They help builders and subcontractors to increase the efficiency of their workforce by improving labour relations and through effective enterprise bargaining. The Industrial Relations Department provides professional help to members in day-to-day business matters including:

- Redundancy, portable long service and superannuation obligations
- Employee versus sub-contractor working arrangements
- Workplace and enterprise bargaining agreements
- Current union campaigns
- Industrial advocacy
